Charcoal mahcine take sawdust, wood shaving, rice hull, crop straw and stalk, and tree branch as raw materials, and make them into machine-made charcoal.
Charcoal mahcine are composed of rod machine and carbonizing stove, and disintegrator is needed to equip if raw materials are too big, dryiing machine is needed to arrange if raw materials contain too much moisture.?
Charcoal mahcine crush raw materials into 10 mm particle, drying into materials with moisture of less than 12%, forming by rod machine through high temperature and high pressure, carbonising free from any additives to be machine-made charcoal.
Machine-made charcoal show the features of longer combustion period, higher charcoal content, higher calorific power, bigger heat conductivity, little ash, free from smoke, odor and poison.

Dryer
Our newly developed drying mahcine can automatically suck raw materials by using fire wind spraying automatic sucking equipment. Our drying machine can make raw materials with less than 40% moiture suited for rod manufacturing (10% moisture), and greatly reduce workers¡¯ labour intensity.
The fuel of our new type drying machine can adopt fuel gas, which come from carbonising stove. The fuel gas, methane and carbon monoxide, coming from carbonization can be processed through filtration to be used in drying machine like liquefied gas.

Coal Bar Machine
Our new type coal bar machine is characteristic of conservation of energy, and can reduce the electricity by 9 kilowatt-hour compared with other rod machine, that is 72 kilowatt-hour per shift (eight hours per shift).
The moisture content of raw materials dried by drying machine is within 12%, and the raw materials are put into rod machine and processed into rod throught high temperature, high pressure and plasticizing freeing from any additives.
Our coal bar machine enjoyed double method employed, manufacturing rod before carbonization with raw matrials or carbonazition before manufacturing rod.

2. Carbonization stove, gas flow:
Gas flow carbonization stove developed by our own company can greatly increase the carbonization rate from 80% or so carbonization rate to 99%, and shorten the carbonization time from former 24 hours to 6 hours at present.
